Assume a whiteboard wall means a full renovation, and a rented office, a room mid-repurpose, or a space that needs to keep its existing layout can all get ruled out before anyone checks whether that is actually true. In most of these situations, a wall fits in without structural work, on unused stretches of wall, in place of a row of small boards, or without disturbing furniture already in place. Check the space against these scenarios and a renovation is rarely the prerequisite it first appears to be.
