Why Chameleon Sharp Acoustics?

Real sound absorption, modern design

Chameleon Sharp Acoustics panels combine real sound absorption with a sleek, contemporary design, creating a quieter, more productive environment in offices, meeting rooms and schools. Directly on the wall the panel reaches αw 0,25, rising to αw 0,55 with a 50 mm air gap and αw 0,75 at 100 mm.

Eight sizes, four optional V-cut patterns

Available in eight standard sizes from 98 x 48 cm to 198 x 118 cm, or fully custom to size. As standard the panel has no pattern, with the option to add one of four V-groove designs, cut 3 mm deep and ± 6 mm wide. Thanks to their function as a pin board, the panels are also highly versatile.

Remountable magnetic installation

Each panel is mounted on a galvanised steel backing with an anisotropic magnetic strip, so it can be installed, removed and relocated without damaging the wall. These panels align seamlessly with Sharp Whiteboards and Sharp Glassboards, for a unified wall solution.

Sustainable material, 23 colours

The 9 mm PET felt is 100% recyclable with 60% recycled content, dyed throughout and available in 23 colours, so every panel can be matched exactly to any interior concept. Fire tested to EN13501 B-s1, d0, the material comes with a 2-year warranty on performance and finish.

Chameleon Sharp Acoustics are supplied with a very easy assembly system. Assembly takes place using magnetic strips measuring 5×30 cm, which you screw onto the wall according to the instructions on the drawing. The PET felt panels can then be firmly attached to the wall using magnets and easily lined up with each other. The wall should be straight and even.
