01. Reduce ecological footprint
Every year we take numerous small and sometimes large measures to reduce our carbon footprint.
100% CO2 offsetting. We take concrete actions to reduce our emissions. We offset the emissions that remain by planting forest. This is done through the globally recognized certificate of Trees For All.
02. Responsible use of raw materials
We must stop raping our earth. As an FSC®-certified manufacturer, we can provide verified proof that wood materials used come from responsible forest management. Moreover, the wood is traceable throughout the chain, from the forest to the finished product. For more information on specific FSC labeling at the product level, please feel free to contact us.
03. Being a good employer
As an employer, we are proud to contribute to the Dutch (and European) manufacturing industry. Because the production process takes place in Geldrop, the Netherlands, we naturally comply with European legislation when it comes to working conditions. We respect the norms and values in areas such as personnel protection, safety, working hours and discrimination.
04. Local partners
For our production we take into account the total distance raw materials have to travel. In doing so, we prefer to choose suppliers within the Netherlands or Europe. For example, 92% of our main suppliers currently come from Europe.
With local partners, we are also better able to keep the chain transparent. We have intensive contact to hold suppliers to our ethical standards. For example, we hold discussions on topics such as waste processing, CO2 reduction and working conditions.
