Chameleons can change into any colour they like. This unique ability inspired us to develop Chameleon Acoustics Optimal; a wall covering with an optimal combination of properties.

Why Chameleon Optimal?
Chameleon Acoustics Optimal consists of 100% recyclable PET felt, of which 30% is made from recycled PET bottles. The material has a small ecological footprint because it is produced locally.
Don’t be limited by color. Chameleon Acoustics Optimal can be ordered in any PMS, RAL or other colour. As an architect, decorator or end user, you have complete freedom to adapt the color of your Optimal wall to the color of the interior.
In the surface we can apply various cutting operations, such as a V-cut, a cut-out in any shape or a bevel-cut edge.

Combination with Chameleon enamel whiteboards are possible
The Acoustics Optimal panels can be applied to any wall with a simple High Tack sealant. Alternatively, the Chameleon magnetic mounting system can be chosen. For this, a few magnetic strips are screwed to the wall. The Acoustics Optimal panel is fitted with a thin steel backing plate that snaps against the magnetic strips. This mounting system prevents a permanent form of mounting.
Option: enamel whiteboard flush
Chameleon offers the option of aligning an enamel whiteboard surface at the same depth of the wall. As a result, the writing surface is flush with the Acoustics Optimal panel. The enamel whiteboard panel is mounted with Chameleon’s magnetic mounting system.

V-cut design
Cutting out a V-groove in the material creates depth effects in the wall. This V-groove can be applied according to various designs. Below are 8 basic designs specially designed for Optimal that we can adapt to the dimensions of your wall. Of course, you can also submit your own design or ask us to work out a particular idea.
