5 signalen dat uw team een groter whiteboard nodig heeft
Signaal 1: voortdurend tussentijds wissen
Als teamleden regelmatig moeten wissen voordat een discussie is afgerond, simpelweg om ruimte te maken voor nieuwe input, is dat een duidelijk teken dat het huidige oppervlak te klein is geworden.
Signaal 2: foto's maken om informatie te bewaren
Wanneer teamleden structureel foto’s maken van het whiteboard voordat het wordt gewist, wijst dat erop dat er behoefte is aan meer permanente of gelijktijdige schrijfruimte.
Signaal 3: discussie over wie welk deel van het bord gebruikt
