Van specificatie naar productietekening
Na akkoord op de specificatie wordt een gedetailleerde productietekening gemaakt, waarin afmeting, kleur en eventuele belettering exact worden vastgelegd voordat de productie daadwerkelijk start.
Het snijden en bewerken van het ceramic steel materiaal
Het ceramic steel materiaal wordt op maat gesneden en waar nodig bewerkt voor de gewenste vorm, wat precisiewerk is dat direct invloed heeft op hoe naadloos het eindresultaat aanvoelt.
Kleur en afwerking aanbrengen
Eventuele kleur of belettering wordt aangebracht in een apart productieproces, dat extra tijd kan toevoegen aan de totale levertijd afhankelijk van de complexiteit.
Kwaliteitscontrole voor verzending
Voor verzending wordt elk maatwerk exemplaar gecontroleerd op afmeting, kleur en oppervlaktekwaliteit, om te waarborgen dat het exact overeenkomt met de goedgekeurde specificatie.
Van fabriek naar installatie
Na goedkeuring wordt het whiteboard verzonden en, afhankelijk van het gekozen serviceniveau, ook geïnstalleerd door een team dat bekend is met de specifieke maatwerk uitvoering.
